What is your return policy?

Key Key Kreations LLC does not issue refunds or accept returns. Exchanges or refunds are only accepted and issued for items damaged during transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must first send an email within 14 days of the order date, await response and approval of refund/exchange & send the order back at your own expense. If a replacement item is not available a refund will be issued.

Options for local buyers
Key Key Kreations LLC does not issue refunds. For local buyers I offer 3 options: pick up, shipping, or delivered by myself for a small fee. If you choose to pick up your item it will only be held for 48 hours. I will attempt to mail your item if you fail to pick it up within 48 hours, however if you provide no address & I cannot reach you to obtain an address after the 48 hour hold period then your item(s) will be resold to the next interested party. There will be a shipping fee applied that will need to be received before I can ship your item. Key Key Kreations LLC thanks you for your understanding.
